This notice covers the Welven information website and enquiries sent to our contact address. Welven is being developed and tested. This is not the privacy notice for using the app; app data handling requires separate information before public release.

Visiting this website

The website has no sign-up form, advertising, analytics scripts or cookies added by us. It does not access your wardrobe, email account or location.

Google Firebase Hosting delivers the website. Technical request information, such as your IP address and the requested page, is handled by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the service. Google describes its processing in the Firebase privacy information.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to answer your enquiry and handle support or privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or information we do not need.

Our legitimate interest in operating the website and answering enquiries is the basis for this processing. Where an enquiry concerns providing a service or meeting a legal obligation, the relevant contractual or legal obligation also applies.

Storage and retention

Our contact email is hosted by Domeneshop. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and necessary follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted. Technical hosting data is handled under the hosting provider’s applicable terms and retention arrangements.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Contact admin@sidequestgroup.no; we may need information to verify that the request is yours. You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian data protection authority.
